custom order policy

 All custom order inquiries should be sent to us via email. Please be very specific with your request. Include the following in your request:

• A vector (print-ready) copy of the logo/design. If you do not have a design/logo prepared, be very specific in the details you want for the design (media type, color, font type, print locations, etc.).
• Type of garment 
• Color of garment
• Quantity needed
• Date needed by

Production on custom orders will NOT begin until payment has been received. Delay in making your payment will delay production/delivery of your order. Once payment has been made, NO changes can be made to a custom order. This includes changes in design, garment type, quantity, etc.

Turnaround time on custom orders is 10-14 business days from the date payment is made, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.  Rush services are ONLY available if our production schedule permits.

Any orders requiring a completion time of 7 days or less, will incur the following additional rush fee.

• 5-7 business days: additional 10% of total order
• 3-4 business days; additional 30% of total order
• 2 business days; additional 50% of total order
• 1 business days; additional 100% of total order

NOTE: Rush orders and orders totaling $200 or less require FULL payment before production can begin. Otherwise a MINIMUM payment of 50% of the total order is required to begin production.

Should you cancel your order for ANY reason after submitting a deposit, and prior to completion, Dressed 2 The Tee will retain 20% of the total cost of the order. 

All Illinois orders will incur a sales tax of 8.5% unless a certificate of resale or proof of tax exemption is provided.

NO refunds, exchanges or returns are given for custom orders.

 
Any issues or concerns with your custom order must be communicated to us within 3 days of receipt/delivery of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
