PLEASE allow us the opportunity to address any issue you may have with an order before leaving a negative review.
- As our shirts are printed ONLY when you place an order, please allow 4-7 business days from the date you placed the order before the items to be shipped.
- There will be NO changes/additions or refunds allowed to any order once it has been submitted, however, we do accept exchanges (does not include custom orders).
- Any requests for exchanges should be submitted via the Contact Us page. Please DO NOT send any items back for exchange without contacting us first.
- Any request for an exchange MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of the item, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The buyer will incur a $5 restocking fee (per 1- 2 items) for exchange items, plus the cost of return shipping and shipping of the exchanged item.
- Any defective items are eligible for exchange for the same item, provided the item has not been worn or laundered.
- We will not exchange any worn, stained, perfumed or laundered items.
- ONLY ONE exchange per order is allowed.
- Any discount codes must be applied to an order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be granted after an order/purchase has been completed.
- We do not have the ability to resolve any shipping issues. Any orders shown as "SHIPPED" or "DELIVERED" per the tracking number, will be the responsibility of the Customer in contacting the Carrier regarding any discrepancies.
